We are proud to use local suppliers in Kilkenny Café. We are passionate about ensuring our kitchens are supplied with fresh homegrown ingredients. The fact that our produce is locally produced ensures that it is fresh, and sustainably sourced. We minimise the travel time to lower our carbon footprint.

Sustainability has been a top priority during the fitouts and developments within Kilkenny Café. Our planters are made of Tetropak and are supplied by Aectual. Tetropak is made of recycled drink cartons and by 100% waste-free manufacturing. They are CO2-neutral and are produced on demand (therefore there is no dead stock).
This is part of the circular economy movement.
